Earlier this year I said out loud that my 2026 manifestation was to build a one-of-a-kind recruitment founders' retreat.
Last week, we made it happen.
Three days, ten agency founders, one magnificent villa by the ocean.

You decide what you want to achieve, you say it publicly before you have any idea how you will pull it off, and the decision starts pulling the pieces toward you.
We have built a close-knit community at RecruiterGTM where I can take an idea and validate it fast. I ran a poll back in April about organizing this event, had enough interest to chase it, and now we are turning it into an annual thing.
So here is what the three days actually looked like.
I did not stand at the front of a room with slides. I sat down with these founders and we built. By the time everyone flew home, each of them had two systems running for their agency. Not a plan for later. The real thing, live.
1. A Claude Ops Manager, a true second brain
This was a 12-hour sprint I ran personally. Ten founders in one room, and nobody left until their Claude Code setup was live and they had run multiple use cases through it with their own hands.
And this was not a chatbot. We built each founder a genuine second brain. It knows their likes and dislikes, it carries their voice, and it takes the live notes from every client and candidate call so nothing slips through. Sourcing, BD prospecting, proposals generation, all run by a system that knows how they work.

2. Their ContentOS engine, deployed to build their authority
Most recruitment founders are the best-kept secret in their market. So we deployed each founder's ContentOS engine with them. This includes dedicated subagents for LinkedIn, Newsletter and Blog content. 90% recruitment agency owners lack brand authority and this was a massive step up in building authority without spending hours on content.
The systems were only half of it though.

Most of these founders had only ever met each other on video calls. Watching them finally in the same room, exchanging ideas over dinner and walking the coast at sunset brought genuine collaborative energy to this retreat.

A massive thank you to this first batch of recruitment founders who backed me and showed up for the very first one. You made it what it was, and this is only the beginning.
We´re aiming to organize our next RecruiterGTM Mastermind in May 2027, it will be either Portugal or Italy this time.
I am opening a small first-dibs list to my newsletter before the seats go public.
Reply to this email with "Mastermind 2027" if you want us to save you a seat.
